This is the last week that I am doing the challenge. As you may have noted I have alluded to my running days coming to an end....on Tuesday I will go into surgery for a Total Hip Replacement.
The DH has agreed to keep you all abreast of the developments over the next week or so. Till I come home....take care and thank you for being here for me.
