First off, thanks for the great comments. I don't feel "hot", but there is nothing like posting your photos amongst friends.
Yes on both accounts, but as long as I keep my clothes on (which pleases everyone), it isn't noticeable. I could get paranoid on it, but I'd rather focus on things I can control, like remaining body fat % or building muscles. It didn't happen overnight, and the problems probably won't leave any quicker. Bowulf, don't tempt me to pose in British Combat Uniform.
We wear the shirt inside the trousers (pants) and the belt is very wide - its a colured canvas which varies with Regiment or Corps.Atkins didn't say 'Calories don't count',
