Our progress so far

Before picture is at Easter 2001
and the others are recent pictures of us. We started Atkins October 2003 and stuck with it for a good year in which we lost most of it. The next year was still low carb but not really Atkins and lots of exercise...He in Kuwait, and me back at home!

Wow, I'm so amazed...my hubby and I are also "doing" Atkins together. It's so great to have a partner who is eating the same foods that you are!! Congrats..you both look awesome!!

Thanks everybody! DH will be home in 3 weeks..I hope we can keep up the weight loss! So easy to get back into old habits.
