I agree, Cleo, with everything that has been posted already. Seeing the differences is nothing short of amazing. It might hurt to see our old selves, but that defines as much as old broken leg does. The scar or the bones may linger, but we have moved on to be somebody else. Stronger than before. You are looking great!

Cleo! You are so beautiful, yes both inside AND out! I can relate to seeing pics at the heaviest, I'm too shy to even post mine when I was over 300 pounds. I've been below 300 for the past 2 years, but I just cannot believe i let myself get that high weightwise. I'm sure it is emotional for you to look at those pictures, but that is history now! You are onto a more wonderful person and transforming into a new person.

And to add: you look like two totally different people.

I think you are sooo beautiful. Ever since I first saw your after picture, I thought "she is so pretty, she can't possibly weigh xxx." Even my friend who came over and I was showing him my addiction: ADBB, he saw you and said the same thing -- you are so pretty and he couldn't believe you weighed more than 200 lbs.

You go girl!!!
