Well time to post the painful befores and the halfway there pictures.

I am not weighing myself until January so during is something less than 300, but not sure how much (300 was in May). Im 5'9-10" range so your guess is as good as mine!

Yeah it is so nice to feel lighter and healthier, you feel like you have control over yourself and that you can accomplish anything!
