What a great topic.
I gave myself a birthstone ring last year for my birthday, aquamarine set in white gold (I'm a silver freak). As I've lost weight, it has of course gotten too big. It started on the ring finger of my right hand. It spins pretty easily now on the middle finger of that same hand. I think I'm going to take everyone's advice and have the jeweler resize it. I am terrified I'll lose it. I don't know what I was waiting for.
Also, I did lose a 1/2 size in my shoe size!! LOL. I hadn't realized my feet got fatter. I noticed I went from a 9 1/2 to a 10, but just kinda shrugged it off (you know the way you do when you don't want to face reality). Recently when I went shoe shopping I HAD to get 9 1/2s. Wow! I even had to get a couple of size 9s in mules. I was too excited!!
