    Could you give us an average days meals? I know what works for one may not work for another but you gotta know we are all dying to know exactly how you did it!!!!!!!!

      I always eat a salad for dinner, whether it's with the dish or without, or even mixing some of actual dinner into the salad.

      For average meals here's what I had today:

      Breakfast: Piece of Crustless Quiche (Bacon, Cheese, Red Pepper, Red Onion.) Ate that ontop of lettace.

      Lunch: Ate another piece of it, because it was so good. Plus I wasn't feeling creative today.

      Dinner: Salad with Blue Cheese Dressing, Celery & other Veggies. I broiled some duck and had a piece of that, cut it up and put it inside my salad. It tasted very good.

      Goal Weight: 120 and Maintaining.
      Current Weight: 118! & Maintained.
      NEW: 115.

          i would agree with the others. you look skinny and really don't need to lose anymore. you look just right! now tone those muscles and be strong for life! your bones will thank you when you age.

                    you are right, you dont look like 120.... more like 115... and im dead serious. same build as my ex, but she was 5' 9" 135...

                    gotta admit im a sucker for the heavy eyeliner in the first pics... but the rest is amazing!

                            That's it! After seeing your pictures, I'm back on the wagon. I have to lose about 90 pounds and your pictures were an inspiration. If you don't mind me asking, how long did it take you to reach your goal? I like to have a timeline.

                              You should be smiling in those last pictures because you look fab! I think you look at lot less than 120 and perfect the way you are now.

                                Aw, that's awesome. Food is definitely not worth it, something I've recently learned. I started to really buckle down and lose the weight around mid-April. I was about 180-185 then.
