wow - what an amazing difference - what do all your friends think? You are almost unrecognizeable (not that you looked horrible in the first place ).
You have really similar stats to mine - especially highest weight, am a couple of inches taller though. I did get down to 122lbs at one point after having stomach flu, but looked emaciated.
How do you find keeping that 120 now? do you freak out if the needle goes above at all?
I found that I got really complacent when I got down towards my goal weight last time and thought that i could eat the odd pizza or mars bar (usually when I was out of my normal routine). Am so glad that you don't even fancy anything like that anymore - it's often easier to go without altogether than have a bit here and there, don't you think?
Congratulations - am gonna look at your piccies when am feeling tempted...

I never thought I'd be one to post an "After" photo.
Well, it's been quite a struggle, but I've finally gotten to where I dreamed of being for so long, and even beyond that. I never thought I could end up being 120 lbs. I wished to be 145 lbs for years, but thanks to the Atkins Diet I exceeded that and changed my overall look on life. I also made some lifestyle changes during the weightloss process, as you may be able to tell.
These first photos of me I weighed 185 lbs. My highest weight ever was 195. I was so miserable. I went through a deep depression, developed an eating disorder and even had horrible anxiety attacks. I just hated myself more than you can imagine.
Last summer: 185-190ish.
Today: 120 lbs, Maintained for over a month now.
I still don't think that I look like I weigh 120, though, and that upsets me, but I know that I should just be proud of what I've done so far.
I may now up the exercise and continue setting mini goals, just for fun and something new. Maybe I'll actually be able to wear a two piece bathing suit this summer, for the first time in my life.
Yes, you do look like you weigh 120 maybe less than that! Please don't go off the deep end with the weight issue. I had a good friend starve herself to death. You look marvelous, and the hair is slammin'
You must be so stoked with your before and after pics. You look like the celebs do in magazines!
You have such a teeny waist now! Well done on reaching your goal - I know I might sound like your mom or something but you truly do not need to lose any more weight - you are at the Holy Grail now... 120 exists in my dreams only - I bow down to you, you are my inspiration!
I think for your height 120 is just on the verge of exiting a healthy weight range and going into moderate underweight - please don't go Nicole Richie on us!! You can now strut around in skinny fit jeans, proud that you have lost all those pounds in a healthy way - something we are ALL aspiring to!
(BTW: I have Grenade 'Misfit' snowboard gloves, by the way - very cool!)

You look so awesome!!! I'm sure u'd look awesome in a bikini, too, so get to struttin'! I'm 5'7" & 220, tryin to be 130. Tried Atkins 2 summers ago & lost 22lb in a month, cheating like crazy and a couple more times (for about a week each) with great results, but I can't seem to stick to it! It took you a year to lose 65lb? & how did you stay motivated?!
Your before and after pics just amaze me, WOW, I am so happy for you. I hope I can be half as successful as you are with this WOE. I am 120% dedicated to it.
Thanks for posting your pics.
