Hello I am new to the Atkins Boards, and I would Like to introduce myself. I am 22 years old and I was on a decent workout plan
for a while and then I turned 21, got married, went on a cruise, discovered beer, ate like **** for a year
and now I'm a horrendous 30-35 pounds richer >_<
So now at a little over 265 lbs I am at square one. Im now Trying Atkins for the first time.
Hopefully I can learn a thing or two on these forums, as well as make some new friends and stay motivated.
so without furthur ado, I give you my Before pics!!
*****Update*****
After 1 week Ive lost roughly 6 lbs. here are some new pics.

Meh, I know I need work, but thats why Im here
I look foward to meeting and talking with you all..

could be water weight.. but it looks like there is a difference! (or maybe its just the lighting >_>)
thank you all for your comments!

man! You definitely came to the right place! There is no more supportive and informative place out there to get into this way of eating. I think you've made the right choice. The important thing is to make sure you get educated and make a strong commitment. It takes some work at first, but you'll find it definitely pays off...and fast! It gets much easier as you go along and get used to it, so stay strong and read up! If you need anything, just PM us.
