    Needing a pick me up- Before and now

    This was New Years 2005 at over 265+ I can't even find a body shot of me.

    Size 24




    (Above)exactly 3 months into Atkins.
    Sometimes I have a hard time seeing the difference- But when I compared these photos today- yeah, I can tell.
