Dan encouraged me all the way, he saved my life!!! And I thank him everyday for that.

I now have a treadmill and do a 20 minute morning workout and a 40 minute evening workout.

I am like a kid again; I like to go out and “play”.

I don’t have to worry anymore if I will fit in that seat at the movie theater, or that a restaurant may only have a booth. I can actually go shopping for my clothes instead of having to special order them from a catalog.

I played golf with my son for the first time ever!!!

Hi Dave! You look amazingly healthy and happy! I love the comments about feeling like a kid again, isn't that the truth!

how's come you didn't share some of the journey? you have only made 2 posts and one of them was the befoe and after pics. that is a hunk of weight and others could have been inspired by your struggles and your strengths!

i could have sooooo used your pounds in the total weight loss for journal members.
