    Here I am again!!

    Here are a few of yours truly - I'm 1lb away from goal and close enough to feel comfortable calling these my goal shots for the 2nd time around




    The first one is from the first week of August. The 2nd is after a week of induction and if I remember correctly, it was a 5lb loss. The 3rd is me today - Dec 6th, and I'm back to my goal weight

    I'm not stopping here though. I'm going to take off at least another 5, maybe 10lbs -but as it stands right now, I'm not going to kill myself for it!

    Here I am..then and now.



    Continued success everyone! It's achievable!!
