Congratulations, you look beautiful! We have a lot in common - all but the bust size that is (I wish)! I started at 180, am at 150-153, and have a goal of 145. How tall are you and what is your over all eating/exercise plan? I am having a HECK of a time taking of the last 5-10 pounds!

WOW! thanks so much for all the encouragement and positive feedback. I'm amazed at how effective this is. I mean posting your pictures and getting feedback from others. It is truly motivating. It is giving me added drive to keep going.

cmooregreen thank-you! I'm 5'3 and some quarters, i'm close enough to 5'4 to claim it so i will. i'm 5'4. I am between extended induction and owl. I say that because I have officially moved to OWL rung 2 dairy which is supposed to be 30 carbs daily for me, but I never manage to get them all in, I ususally get around 17-20 which places me in extended induction esp. since I haven't found a low carb dairy option that I enjoy. I've been excersizing 5X a week since I joined the six week challenge. I can't wait to say i'm 150-153 whoo-hoo. oh I also eat about 5-7x a day small meals and snacks. what does your plan look like?F'
