Well done. Your pics are making me wish that I allowed someone to take pics of me when I was at my heaviest. Mom did take one of me on Christmas Day but I have lost 12 kgs (26 lbs) since I started in June.
I look forward to a new bikini in your next pic.
I'm 5' 3" tall (and more than twice your age). When I was 22 I got down to 110 lbs which was definitely too skinny for that height and body shape.

Colleen, I'm still undecided about my final weight. Initially it was 130, but according to my doctor that was still at the high end of the healthy weight range for me, so I reduced it to 120, only to be told by my friend at work that it was how much she weighed, and she's like a stick, way too thin.
I'm just going to keep going until I'm happy with my hips and thighs. I'm guessing somewhere in between, 125 lol
You look amazing!! I'm new here and it's great to see the progess that people are making with this WOE, it really gives me hope! Also, I think it's wonderful that you've taken the bikini pictures--it really shows the progression of your weight loss well. By the way if you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? (i may have missed that info somewhere, I didn't see it) Keep up the great work!!!
I am in the same boat! I am 5'3 and I am currently 135... but my goal is 110 since I guess that is the best area according to the doctor. You've inspired me to take bikini pics too! I am going to take a before (flab city) and then one when I am in Mexico at my goal (FAB CENTRAL!) Let's hope. haha. What kinds of workouts do you do? I want to do the best to tone and not bulk up too much.
addyosu, 130 is my initial goal lol. I'm not sure if I'll ever make it to 110, but I mean, as long as I look better, I'll be happy lol. I'm much happier now than I was 28lbs ago, and if I HAD to stop now, I'd be happy.
To tone up, I'm doing salsa dancing. It's AMAZING on the legs and waist line! I've also invested in some dumbells to tone up the rest of my body. I use them for my upper arms, and also hold one above my head to do sit ups, as it intesifies it, so I can do normal sit ups for my stomach, or twist to the side and target my sides.
Wow, You look great. someone mentioned your collar bones, so I was comparing the 3 pics and wondered have you noticed the difference in your inner thigh area?? You can really tell youve lost weight in that area.... keep up the good work!!
