  • Starting Over!!

    Hey Everyone!
I know I'm not the best example for the board being that I've "fallen off" during the holidays ...but I was hoping that sharing my past before and during pics might help someone...as well as myself (once you all see my at my worst, there's nowhere else to go but up!). The first picture is me at my highest weight, 171 lbs. and the second pic is me at 155 lbs. This was all before the holiday buck wild eat everything fest ...

      Hi there,
You are looking great. It is not the fact that you have "fallen off", it is that you've got "back on" that is important. Keep up the good work.

Thanks everyone for your support and compliments! I was feeling kinda bummed today and you guys definately gave me a boost. I've been doing taebo for a lil while now and I've been cheerleading for as long as I can remember so when I'm not working out on my own, that's where I get my exercise. Also, I must have a twin jsj lol...i've been living in california all my life

Taebo and cheerleading are not easy, and you deserve those compliments! Great job exercising!
Wow! You just looked a lot like someone I went to night school with, a few years back. I wasn't 100% sure, b/c I don't think she was in good of shape as you! LOL
