Hey guys, I've been a lurker for a while, finally got some progress, thought I'd share. I'm 5'10", started at around 370 and now weigh 278. I don't plan on going beyond 210, I think I'm too thick for that. Anyway, I've been dieting for 6 months, here's what that looks like (only been exercising for 2 weeks, although I used to be an athlete).
