    Before and During, 33 lbs down (trying again)

    Here we go, ill try this again, this is me before at 265, and then again at 232. I was on medications for diabetes, 2 pills a day, and am now completely off. My blood sugar was sometimes at 300+, and now levels off at about 110, off medication completely. My blood pressure went from 140/90 to 118/80, and i still have about 30 lbs to go.

    This is me and my son, which is 3 years old. He is autistic, and my little angel, i am 265 in this picture.


    This is me yesterday, 33 lbs lighter.

    Excellent, I can see them now.

    You've done really well. Obvious thing for me to say, but it really shows in your face.

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      Thanks man, i really appreciate that. Ill get some full body shots soon, im trying to find one of a before picture. But thanks again.

            Wow! Grat job, I can really tell in your face and neck! Just imagine what you will look like when you post after pics! Your son is adorable, and what a great inspiration for you to be healthy! Keep up the great work!

                Yes, it has gone down about from 140/90 to 118/80. Thanks

                And that is my son in the picture, he is about to turn 4, i also have another beautiful boy that just turned 5. Me and my wife are proud parents. The one in the pic is autistic, and goes to a specialized school, he is my little angel.

                  Wow Ottie ... that is remarkable what a difference a loss of 30+ pounds can make!! My hubby is 283 and started induction last Monday. I can't wait to show him your pics for inspiration!!

                    Wow, I can really see a difference, amazing how losing a lil weight makes you lose years too...GREAT JOB OTTIE!!

                    And that ANGEL of yours is absolutely beautiful! What a lucky little man to have a dad who loves him enough to lose the weight and give him more years together!!

                          Wow, what a difference those 30 lbs made on you! Congrats on the loss of those pounds forever!!! Sure looks like you're doing great, keep up the good work!

                            Ottie, a wonderful change for the better. You should be really proud of yourself. Your boy is gorgeous, and obviously your special boy. Good luck with the last 30 lbs.
