      Thanks guys!

      I'm not so sure I would have been able to stick with this new WOL had I not gotten such great results so quickly. Now my weight loss has slowed down a bit but I'm ok w/ it because I know that it will work. I just have to give my body time!



      And Ladysinger, I know you'll be posting your success pic's in no time, and I can't wait to see them!



      Stacilynn, you're right... everything becomes easier as the pounds come off! Weight loss gives you so much energy, not only from your body being healthier but because you feel so much better about yourself and your out look improves... over all a great thing! lol

      Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

      01/04/10 ~ 229.0
      01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
      (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
      01/18/10 ~ 227.4

      02/01/10 ~ 222.6

                            Ditto what everyone said.... But I believe your hubby will be your No. 1 fan!! You've made an amazing change, and you really should be proud of yourself! I agree with previous posts, you're beautiful, and you have a great smile. You're a true Atkins success story, and I wish you many many years of continued success.
