Hello everyone. I just found this board. I am happy I did. I really needed to see some of the before and after pics. I need that inspiration. I have been on and off the atkins diet for about a total of three times. I keep on getting off. This time I am gonna stay strong and hit my goal.
I set my goal at 220. I 1st started doing the diet 9/04 till 2/05 I went from 345 to 293. I then regained casue I was piggy out. I went back up to 305 when I started back on the diet again from 6/05 till 9/05 where I went down to 283. Then all **** broke loose and I went back up to 318 lbs. I started the diet again on 1/17/06 weighing in at 318 lbs. Today, 2/8/06, I am at 301. I still need to drop 81 lbs for my goal. Wish me luck.
