well i am back
i was gone for far too long and for that i am very sorry...and so is my body
for those who don't know here's my story in a nutshell-
always chubby (5'8 and always around 170lbs)
then i balloned up to 200lbs (this was the winter of 2004) and then lost around 15lbs before moving to dc
last feb made a vow to loose weight and stop feeling bad about myself..with atkins and exercise and a basic increase of physical activitiy got down to around 160lbs...i was pretty active on this forum 8 months ago or so when i lost all the weight and it really helped
then came summer
i was lucky enough to live and w/one of my best friends rent free at my second house...had GREAT friends who basically came over everynight for well
and more
for three months my main source of calories and nutrients came from natty ice or pbr or other equally cheap/bad college beers.....needless to say i gained a bunch of weight back and went to rome with out conifedence and with a large chip on my shoulder....while i had an amazing time the fact that i had let myself down by not fufilling my goal and infact back tracking really held me back even if i didn't realize it at the time....i lost some of the weight i gained back this summer but i am still very very unhappy with my size and looks
