I have joined the Atkins plan 5 days ago. I have put my before pic in my signature so it's a constant reminder to keep going. I haven't got the nerve to put a full body shot up!

You are very beautiful. I don't think you have a weight problem, I think you just need to believe how beautiful you really are. I guess you could be bigger than you look, but you look slim already!

I wish you all the very best and I'm sure knowing that we are all here for each other will help us get through those 'carb craving' moments.

Very pretty! Good Job! I agree - you don't need to lose much weight maybe just tone up to make yourself feel better. I soeak from experience because that is exactly where I am at. I am also 5' 6'' and need to get serious about the exercise and tone up. Especially with the warmer months approaching! Not fun trying on bathing suits this time of year.....
