I started Atkins Jan 3 of this year. I took a picture of me in the pants that I wanted to fit into. I couldn't even zip them. My mini goal was to be able to wear them comfortably..well I reached my mini goal!

Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

01/04/10 ~ 229.0
01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
(Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
