    qbu before and during Atkins

    Finally got up enough nerve to post some pics of before and during Atkins.

    My before: wearing size 22-24 jeans



    My during: wearing size 8 jeans



    Also during: wearing the jeans I wore when I started Atkins...now I can fit both legs into one



    It's almost 1 year since I've started Atkins on April 5, 2005. I'm not quite at goal yet, but I'm well on my way.

    This board has been a tremendous help and support during my journey so far.

    To be able to put both legs in one trouser (pant) leg is amazing.

    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

        Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.

        Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
        Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

        so:

        12/28/09 ~ 235.1
        01/04/10 ~ 229.0
        01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
        (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)
        01/18/10 ~ 227.4

                Congratulations! You look absolutely awesome! I can only imagine the accomplishment you must feel to be able to fit into ONE of your old pant legs
