Melinda, I know pergnancy effects the way we are shaped, My sister told me the bad part is now that I have lost weight you can tell I have had babies. I guess that is a good and bad thing. Before at 250 I would have worn a 22 now I wear a 24. All that matters is that we look and feel better. Hey we have talked more today than usual and no PM's well 1.
Okay I am taking the kids out here gotta go, would you beleive I worked out today. 45 minutes of cardio. I am tired and now they want to go bowling.
