This is me at 276 in 1999
And this is at 183 in Decenber 2005
And this is 166... 30 lbs gone!! I'd like to thank the Screen Guild members... oh, wrong speech, I'd like to thank my Boot Camp Teammates and Drill instructors, but most of all, I'd like to thank my partner, Austlyn. For encouraging me when I needed it, being tough when I needed it and forgiving enough at just the right times. You are the bomb diggity, my friend!!
Still more junk in the trunk than I want and my belly still needs alittle more help but 30 down and 30 to go!!!
Thanks for all those here at ADBB who have helped and befriended me especially to those brave enough to share before, during and after shots! Proof it is possible!!!
