  • Photos: What I didn't do last time

    During my first round of this WOE, I decided not to document my progress with photographs. This time, I think it will help me stick to it. My highest weight was around 315 and my lowest (so far) has been 235. Right now, as I start again, I'm weighing in at 266.



    It's sort of discouraging because I don't think my body looks different. (I know the face is usually the most obvious place, but I'm not comfortable posting my face on the Internet.)

    I'm hoping to regularly update my progress photographs this time...
    A long time ago, I went from 317 to 234.
    Today, I'm starting over again...
    Mini Goal: 266/251/200
    Long Term Goal: 150

    who says there is no difeernce?
    i can tell the difference in your thighs ..and around yourwaist weigh to go girlie

        There is a great difference. Great job and keep up the GREAT work!

          You can certainly tell your thighs are smaller and waist has shrunk. Notice the shirt doesn't flare out at the bottom like it used to. You are certainly on your way to your thinner self. How many inches have you lost?

            and wonderful idea to do the pics

            ..I am sorry that did not let folks take more pics of me heavy ...kind of sad to let life go buy hiding from a camera I think now..

              There is a big difference in your thighs. Look at those pictures again. Great job!

                There is a huge difference. I can see changes all throughout your body. Way to go! Please don't be discouraged, you are looking awesome!

                  Yes tiff111, you DO notice the difference - as sb. said you can see there's less round the middle ........Well done, and just keep it up - suddenly one day you'll definitely see it for yourself as long as you continue the good work.

                    OMG you are Built totally Like me Girl. I can totally see a difference your Thigs have shrunk and so has your Upper Body Way to go Girl it's funny looking at your shape is like looking at mine

                      I do a photo every month on the 10th (my start date). Which reminds me I need to take one toady, thanks!

                      You can see a big difference in your 2 photos, keep up the good work.
