    Universaltravelr before and during.

    Hello all, I am starting week six of this wol and have lost 21lbs so far...

    Haircut= $10
    Atkins book= $5
    Regaining my smile slowly and a sense of accomplishment= Priceless

        No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

          Here you go! You can really see the difference in your cheeks, chin and neck area! Weigh to go! Keep it up!

              I see now, you can see a big difference in your cheecks and in your chin. Well, keep it up bud. You'll look great. I myself am down almost 20 lbs since march 3rd. So in about a month I've lost 20 lbs. I would of done a bit better except I cheated two weekends ago and had to start over induction last tuesday. So anyway, keep going. It's just the beginning.

                      Those pictures are keeping me motivated and eventually I will post some body shots, but not yet. LOL.
