How do I feel? Well, I'll just say that it felt great to have to buy new swimtrunks before I could put the seadoo in today, and the fact that last years lifejacket was wayyyyy too large was even better! And, to be honest, I feel a whole lot better healthwise since I started this on New Years.... but then, I've lost a pretty large sized dog from around my waist since then. I exercise regularly, eat better than since I was a kid... and actually look forward to getting on the scales these days. Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
