Hello again,
Just wanted to say Thank You to all that posted to this thread. It's months later and I'm not that much different than the last pic posted. I've been able to maintain, and lose a few more lbs, though not much. I haven't been as good about Atkins as I was to start with, and I need to get back into the game to break through to where I really want to be. Sitting at about 200 now and want to lose at least 10-15 more lbs before I go into maintenance. I can honestly say that I've been in OWL for the last few months, but it's been really slow going (but, I guess that's the way it's supposed to be, and better than gaining!!!)
