    I know, I am a camera fiend. But I want to see them. In all their flushed, sweat slick glory!! Do you dare show us your work out face???
    This is me this morning after cardio...


    Hot, sticky and lovin' it!
    Come on, show me your exercise face!!

    GW: 220 (maybe 210, who knows? As long as I can see abs, I'm good.)

    Education: BS (Information Systems w/software engineering concentration) MS (Information Assurance and Security 6 hours left) Ph.D (next goal in Information Technology Management. ~3-4 years)
