    Here I am happy as can be after 4 months of low carbing. (And tanning)

                      Thanks people. I love this place. I am happy with the progress. I think it may be a little slower than others do to some medication. The rest of my family is also eating this way which makes it all too easy. They have picutres too, it is amazing. I am blessed and so thankful.
