    Hi Everyone...I'm new & this is my first post. Actually I have been viewing all your photos for the last couple of years to keep me motivated! Thanks for that!!! I started Atkins a couple of years ago and lost 43 lbs. I have been off for about a year and only put on about 10 lbs. MAY 1st I started induction again & have lost 6 lbs so far...hope take off 20 more. Check out my photos of the first go around & soon I should have new photos of this go around!

        Glad to have you back. Many people put on plenty of weight after getting off of Atkins. It is impressive that you only gained 10 pds. Did you atleast moderately watch your carb intake? Nice to have you back.
