    First goal reached!

    Im a bit too embarassed to post a before pic . Just hit my 1st goal of 13.5 stone (190 pounds) and started at 19 stone (266 pounds). Anyway here i am now

                  probably will try find 1, pics are scarce for original weight, i have a few actual photos that i can try scan in :P K found 1 from when i was 220lb but none from 1st stages http://www.patgrinsell.f2s.com/PL/lol.jpg

                                  Whats a smile :P anyway, i feel alot better, and was something liberating about throwing out clothes which just look rediculous on me now (waaaaaaay to big)

                                          Wow, there's a big difference. Look at how much slimmer your face looks. Good work!
                                          No stats. Not weighing anymore ever. Will post "before and after" pictures when I want to. The end.

                                                      190 lb's yes, and losing another 25 to 30 stones would make me the lightest object that ever existed . 25 to 30 lb's however might be good . And ye its only another 3 or 4 weeks of induction. Yes i execercise quite a bit. and if i lost 30;b id be down to 160 which is 11st 4 (this would be slim for my build) but im only 5 ft 7.
