      Lol, I think every woman in America would like to do that. Seriously though, everyone here is really proud of ya for making it to goal, it's something we all want to do! Maybe you should try finding one of your stallers and reintroducing it to your diet as a way to maintain. At least you're still losing and not gaining! Your weight will even out after time, it's possible your body hasn't caught on to the fact you actually want to stay the same weight finally! Congrats again!

              so how you doing now with the finding the CCLL it helps if you use your carbs in sauces like pureeing some veggies as grasvy or adding some of the higher rung veggies to your meals.

                I'm actually maintaining pretty well. I see saw 2lbs back and forth, but that is just normal. I was worried at first, but that was because I was weighing myself too much...I have to remember not to do that . I basically just eat balanced meals. I do eat the low carb tortillas and the low carb bread only one time a day, one or the other...not both. I eat my veggies, meat, cheese, fruit. I don't eat fruit TOO often though, maybe 3 times a week...and it's rasberries or strawberies. I have peanuts for a snack and sometimes low carb peanut butter and sugar free jelly on low carb whole grain bread. It seems to be working so far!

                    Well, it's been a little over 2 months since I reached my goal I have been eating my fruits, veggies, meats, cheeses, low carb breads and low carb tortillas. My appetite of course picked up since I was upping the carbs...but I have lost 2 more pounds since I reached goal. I think my activity level has a bit to do with that. Anyway, thought I would just post an update!
