. I basically just eat balanced meals. I do eat the low carb tortillas and the low carb bread only one time a day, one or the other...not both. I eat my veggies, meat, cheese, fruit. I don't eat fruit TOO often though, maybe 3 times a week...and it's rasberries or strawberies. I have peanuts for a snack and sometimes low carb peanut butter and sugar free jelly on low carb whole grain bread. It seems to be working so far!
