Pladd04 and a few others have been asking recently for a full body shot of me, instead of just an upper body one. I have found one, taken about 6 months ago.

I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

Age: 24 (Damn, the years are creeping up!)

GW: 220 (maybe 210, who knows? As long as I can see abs, I'm good.)

Officially Re-Focusing on 12-28-09.
Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol
