when clicking on the pics, i get a larger image of the first but not the second
looking at the posted ones, though, i can see a much younger looking changing!

wow 30 pounds really makes a difference!, you look beautiful now, much younger looking and your skin is clearer! , keep up the good work.

Ok, ok, after some discussion with some folks, I've decided to post a very recent pic, and a full-body one at THAT Yep, I have some bravery.

This was taken by my DH Friday night when we were going to a swing dance. That black and green skirt is one of my old skirts that I just fit back into that day. I'm not looking at the camera because my husband told me not to look at the camera so I wouldn't close my eyes when the flash went lol... anyway, this is at 245.2 pounds.

IMHO there wasnt much bravery involved,u look in great shape very proportionate(sp?)

everytime I lost 10 lbs I put that much meat in my shopping cart and just looked at it ...you would be astounded at the pile I made when I hit 50lbs gone I just stood there and wanted to cry ..then I put it all back ..the act of lifting all that meat in and out of a cart was an effort!!!...our bodies handle a lot that is for sure and loosing what you did so far and how you did it ...well my darling girl your body is thanking you right now

go dump it in a shopping cart and see ..you will be stunned at how much that visual impacts you ...(you don't have to buy it)
