      You look fantastic! you don't look like the same person at all...and I adore your new bathing suit. I bought my first one this year in about 14 years and I was so proud of myself for actually wearing it at the beach a couple of weeks ago

        grier-i am about 5ft 4..ha not tall at all. i started atkins last winter. it has been a long somewhat slow journey but completely worth it! the weight is coming off a lot slower now, but i would like to lose about 10 more before my wedding next year..a year from today actually!!
        Starting Weight: 190 (2005)
        Goal Weight: 140 (met goal summer 06)
        Current Weight: refuse to get on the scale but all my clothes don't fit
        New Goal Weight: 135
