  • Feeling good about weight

    Hey everyone,
I had wrote previously about my relapse..Well I started on june 4, 2006 and in the 2 weeks, even with the relapse, i have had significant weight loss..So right now i'm happy..I see a difference in me, but still wearing the same size..so i went from 200 on june 4, 2006, and as of today i'm 188, so i'm happy with that..
Thanks to everyone for being supportive

              Re: Feeling good about weight

I know all too well what having a baby can do to the body! My 5'3" frame was up to 176lbs last October! I wore a size 10/12 when I was 140lbs..and a size 'oh H&ll no' when I weighed more than that lol! Anyway, it took me 6 months to take off that last 20lbs...but I did it! I wish the best for you and please don't fall off the wagon again. You can do it this time! I look forward to seeing your before and after pictures Congratulations on the weight loss you have already experienced, and keep it up!
              I did it!!

You're right... most of us have probably been there. Hang in there, stick with the program and this board. The support and encouragement here make it so much easier.
