    I haven't lost as much as I was hoping, but I take full responsibility for it. A huge group of my family came to visit and take in the sights (and food) of my city.

    Now that that's all over, I can get back to my normal routine.

    Anyway, here is where I am so far...

    A long time ago, I went from 317 to 234.
    Today, I'm starting over again...
    Mini Goal: 266/251/200
    Long Term Goal: 150

        you don't have any measurements listed but you have done some real work on your hips! they look much smaller now! and your waist is shrinking too!

          Great job!! You can see a big change, keep at it. Weigh to go gettin back on track.

            1st Mini Goal: 230 lbs.

            Goal Weight: 150 lbs.

              I see it girl, especially in your hips. Me and you have the same problem big hips. So when your hips go in, that really shows you been working hard, there the hardest to get rid of. Keep it up..

                Oh Tiff, I know all about those visits and I slip up and cheat every time Grrr... Then like you said it's time to jump back on track. I think I'm famous for those words lol. It seems to get a little harder for me everytime tho. I too just got back on track this week so I hope the best for you and good luck. I can really see your weight loss. Take a look at your driver's license and then look at your face now and I bet you see a really big difference. I did that yesterday for the first time and my jaw dropped!
