WATP = walk away the pounds, with Leslie Sansome. Its a walking tape that you can do indoors, it's pretty low impact and a great way to start excercising for someone who hasn't been very active before. She has 1, 2, and 3 mile walks, i think she may have more but thats as far as I got with her.
Slim in 6 - is a set of tapes available on beachbody.com, they are led by Debbie Siebers, commonly referred to as the squat ****, lol. I'm sure you guys have heard people moaning and groaning about the pixie of pain on here many times. However, as much as I hate her I POSITIVELY ABSOLUTLY LOVE LOVE LOVE HER!!! She has reshaped my body and I have shrunk my thighs and butt a ton doing her workouts, I never even thought I could lose in those areas, but if anyone can do it Debbie can.

Thank you all so much, it really helps me to get the positive feedback I do here on the board.
Skypaladin - you'll be a size 10 before you know it! You just have to work your atkins really hard and be good and you'll get there. You can do it.
Laker75 - Thank you so much, your absolutly right, I have so much to be thankful for. Sometimes it takes a little perspective to realize what you have. Thanks.
Committed2lose - thank you so much for saying that I am motivating, I remember when I started atkins, and I started this board I saw people on here who inspired me to keep going when I felt that I had so far to go. I am really happy to be able to do that for others now, I never thought it was possible but yet a year and a half later here I am.
