So about a year and another half. Did you ever wonder if you were gonna get there, or do you feel that is a reasonable amount of time? I know for sure it had to have come off faster in the beginning, but at what point did it REALLY slow down? Did you ever have any minor/major slips and FINALLY, what type of exercise did you start with and work your to?

Ok, lets see. Well when I started I didn't think that it would actually work, I was very skeptical. No one was as surprised as I was when it actually did work. I started losing a lot and then around the third or fourth month it just stopped completely. I have been stalled for months at a time, but I had a great support network here and so I never strayed. I kept to my foodplan and I kept to my excercise. I started a challenge, I joined others. I was always here, everyday, chatting it up with people. I started losing inches and not pounds and then slowly it just came off. I had a huge wooshie and went through the 170s like in two weeks, but then it took me months to go through the 160s. Now I've been there for like 3 months and I'm ok with it.

I'm not pretending to understand how my weight loss works I'm just doing what I have to to keep me healthy.

As for excercise I started with walk away the pounds and have moved up to slim in 6. which I recomend to everyone I know. That workout has literally made me shrink and its the old standby. Its the one I always do if I want to get results.

You look wonderful!!! I love looking at the before and afters of someone who is about my same size to kinda get an idea of what "figure" or "look" I will have at that weight. Thanks for the inspiration, because that is what you truly are!
