Have I ever changed!

As you can see there has been a major transformation for me! Really the only thing that hasnt changed is the first letter of my name! I feel so different.

For real though this way of life has totally changed my life and I am so much more healthy for it. If you are new and thinking about starting this new life I highly encourage you too. Now you may not see the stunning results that I have but it will change your life for the better!
