Thank you! I intend to not only keep it up, but to do even better!
kristenxo -- You look so good! Congratulations on your success!
Thanks! I appreciate the kind words.
I have had a few people stop me in the hall here at work as of late and ask me if I was losing more weight, which makes me grin from ear-to-ear. I am so close to my goal weight I can taste it.... Of course, I am not sure if I will know what to do with myself after I hit my goal weight, as this has become almost an obsession with me. o.O

I have to say.........WOW!! Great job. I hope I can stay as commited as you.
Can I ask what kind of exercise you did and how long it took you to lose all that weight?
I'm needing to lose what is just about the equivalent of another person.

Thank you, Thumper1616. I believe you will be just as, if not more committed than I. I look forward to seeing your after pictures soon so that the rest of our jaws can drop. Below is a quick snippet I took from a few pages back that sums up what I went through with my weight loss. As for exercise... It consisted of jogging, Tae Kwon Do, walking, and dance dance revolution (yes, I did just say dance dance revolution heh). I also drank more water than your average fish, and I was commonly referred to as the "Atkins ****" due to my strict ways. If you find you have _any_ questions please do not hesitate to ask.
Thank you, Tracie. The majority of my weight loss took place in the first several months of Atkins. I believe I lost about 120 lbs. in about 7 months. After that I moved through the rungs and hit my initial goal weight of 190 lbs. about a year after starting. I maintained that weight for about 6 months before going through a series of life events that left me depressed and, honestly, a bit hallow. During that time I managed to put back on about 30 lbs. before I picked myself back up, told myself it was time to stop feeling pity for myself, and to get off my arse and fix the problem rather than using it as an excuse to slip back into old patterns. Shortly there after I dropped back down into induction and over the course of the next 6 months, as I took it much slower, I dropped back down to my initial goal weights of 190, after which, I decided to adjust my goal weight to 172, as I was not yet pleased with how my body looked. That was about 4 months ago. The last of my weight loss has been very slow, as I have not been as strict as I should be and, on occasion, eat too much cheese or heavy cream over the course of a few days and bounce back up a pound of two, but it is coming off and I with that I am happy. The only negative aspect of losing the initial weight as fast as I did is loose skin. I am saving up for a tummy tuck as we speak, as I am a bit self conscious when it comes to my stomach. All in all I have dropped from a size 48 pants to a size 32 to 34 (depending on the jeans), and from an XXL (or larger) shirt to a medium to large t-shirt. So, to make a long story short... too late! It took me about a year to lose the initial weight.
