    Before and During Pics

    Well here they are, I appologise for the lack of clothing (and the grumpy 1st pic!) but I wanted to see where the weight was coming off from. I started on 22nd May and this is my 2 month/halfway progress but like a woman I'm not totally happy but I've still got 2 months to go b4 my goal date in Sept. Just got to keep going with this WOE and the gym and hopefully I will get there. I want to say thank you to everyone for helping me with my silly questions and interview blunder! This board has been an amazing place for advice and support. I dont think I would be where I am now if I didnt log on here everyday. Thank you everyone xxx




    26 yr 5'2 F
    Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
    On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
    Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
    Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.

      Can see a big difference there Angel. Thinner through the whole body. Keep up the good work!

          Wow! Awesome progress. Your tummy and your legs are shrinking! Keep up the good work! I wish I had the same "melt" you seem to be having!

              Thanks for sharing, Angelstar! You can really see an big difference in your weight loss! And i have to say, your hair is absolutely amazing. It won't be much longer for you now - keep up the great work!

                                              what a big difference, you look wonderful!!!
                                              And check out the hair!!! My whole ponytail is smaller than ONE of your piggytails.. (braids)... I'm envious!!

                                              Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

                                              so:

                                              01/04/10 ~ 229.0
                                              01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
                                              (Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

                                                      Thank you for ur kind words everyone. Its been hard getting here! I cant wait to post an after pic!

                                                      I've been growing my hair for 8 years. I dont think I will be chopping it off any time soon! Its my pride and joy! I'm not really keen on the pic of me in the black dress but I want to get some 'glamour' photos taken when I reach my goal.
