Thank you everyone. Ur comments mean the world to me. I love my hair too! Needs a trim tho, abit dry at the ends but the warm weather isnt helping. Its weird as I feel my tummy is one part of my body that is taking 4ever to go down and yet in the pics , its the part that I can see the most difference on!
I cant wait to post some more piccies in 2 months time b4 my holiday. I'm hoping to lose 30lbs by then but I will be happy being 145lbs.

Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.

Wow! You can really see a difference. Your waist line is trimming, and your tummy is shrinking!! I also see a difference in your thighs....
Great job! You are doing so well. Definately keep your pictures coming. What an inspiration to everyone!! You should be very proud so far of your accomplishments!
