        120 pounds in 7 months! Wow! You look fantastic, good job! You said you tweaked the program a little, did you generally follow the book as far as the phases and so on?

            Thanks for being so honest about gaming attributing to your obesity. I can really see that happening in lots of peoples' lives. It can take over and face it, just typing doesn't burn many calories (unfortunately!). I'm so proud you took over your life and are now living an active style that someone at your age should live. Way to go!

              Wow, just wow... I am FLOORED by your transformation.


              My husband and I have struggled with gaming addiction as well (Everquest, then World of Warcraft)... it can really take over your life. We're both addicted.

                World of Warcraft...bought it for my hubby Christmas of '04...biggest mistake of my life! It is the ONLY thing we argue about. He wants to play it constantly and I want him to spend time with family. He does great balancing for awhile but then becomes addicted again until I have to threaten something....One of these days I will end up destroying it... I just know it.

                  I Am Blown Away Here. You Are Amazing. One Day I Will Be Saying, "if I Can Do It.........". Because I Can Too. You Just Litterally Melted That Stuff Off Didn't You. You Look Awesome. Nice Muscle Tone And Nice Looking Girl On Your Arm. When I Feel Weak, Necked In Front Of The Mirror All The Way Baby. That Is Great. Congratulations.

                            Holy cow, my jaw ACTUALLY dropped to the floor, lol. Well Done!!!! You should be so proud of yourself!

                            It's one great acomplish to lose that amount of weight, but it's an even bigger acomplishment to change your life around, which you have done by the looks of it.

                            As for the 'eating in front of the mirror', I think my in-law's would be super skinny if I tried that, hahaha

                              Ur story was amazing. Not only did you lose lots of weight (which is a big task in itself) but you tackled an addiction that was draining ur life and soul. U've completely turned ur life around by urself. I hope you are proud cos you jolly well should be!

                              Ur gf is a lucky girl. I hope that you have a great life together. Tell the world about ur achievements. I hope you are a mentor to loads of people that you meet during ur life xxx

                              Did Atkins on and off from Feb 2005 until April 2008. Fluctuated between 15 st 1/211lbs and 11 st 1/155lbs.
                              On different weightloss programme from 28th May 2008 start weight 14 st 11/207lbs.
                              Current weight 10st 3lbs/143lbs.
                              Ultimate Goal Weight 9 st/126lbs.
