Congratulations on your success! What a beautiful bride you make (both times). Thanks for sharing your pictures...they're great inspirations.

Re: Two weddings and ... a 40-pound loss!

Wow, thanks for the support everyone! I should have mentioned the first dress was a size 14 and they could barely zip me into it ... this dress is an 8 and it was loose. And best of all, this dress was only $89 on the clearance rack. Getting a good deal always makes me look happy!

As for the arms, I'm trying my best to look like Sarah! Actually, I don't do nearly as many reps as her. I just do workout tapes a few times a week and try to mix up strength, flexibility, and cardio. I also walk a few times a week (or use the Nordic Track if it's raining), keep track of total minutes per week, and try to add 5 minutes every few weeks.

Some of my fave workout tapes are:
          - "Stability ball workout for Dummies" - 45 minutes, lots of arm work with free weights, and very cheap!
          - Karen Voight "Core" - 40 minutes, also has arm work with free weights. They market it as a Pilates tape, but it's more like Buns of Steel combined with Tae Bo and a little bit of Pilates.
          - Karen Voight "BLT on a ball" - 20 minutes, focuses on buns, legs, and tummy. Great for a quick, all-purpose workout when you're in a hurry -- I do this one when I have an opening after work, but don't want to get too sweaty because I have to go out later.
          - "Pilates for Dummies" - 25 minutes, great for beginners but not boring if you're more advanced. I've been doing this one for three years now and I'm still not sick of it. And it's also cheap.

I tell everyone: "Do Pilates! Three times a week will change your body!" Look at Heidi's abs for proof!
