Was, Am, Will be: 280/222/175ish.
Started Dec 2005 and lost 105 lbs by mid 2006, maintained loss for the most part until 2009...then really let go & gained some back... lol

01/04/10 ~ 229.0
01/11/10 ~ 229.0 Grrrrr....
(Induction= only 6lbs but lost 10 inches! yay)

I restarted this WOL In April 2006...thats when I seriously committed myself to this WOL..I have been a member since 2003 but did not really "do" this diet properly..
So April 1..got a personal trainer and started eating the "right" way the only way...
Thank you everyone..Goal for me will be 150-155 pds..I am currently a size 9/10 would love to be a 7/8..(vanity) but I just want to be healthy and fit!
