    Here we go!!

    After the one month no weigh - had to post this.... took new photos this morning in the same clothes.... major differences!!! I'm so excited....
    from 232 to 218.9 in only 28 days! For those who still doubt that this works.....IT CAN BE DONE!!!

        thanks commando... yeah.. pants are WAYYYY looser!!! Gonna have to be tailoring or buying new ones here real soon! And the face definately goes without saying.. I'm so stoked!
