**2/28/07 EDIT: I am currently at 224 lbs. Now a pants size 36/38 depends on the brand. I also now where a shirt size XL. I am happy, but will be happier once I can get rid of all my excess skin. The lack of working out on my part has affected this I'm sure. I am starting to run with 1.5 lbs wrist weights and am doing crunches and some arm exercises with dumbells. Trying to tone up. I think I can lose about 20 lbs of skin off my stomach alone.
What else should I do to tone up?
I haven't been on here in quiet a while. Still doing the diet. I have been on it this time around since 1/13/06. I started as 317 lbs and now as of 8/26/06 I'm at 252 lbs. I am slowly working my way down. My goal is 200-220. I'll decide at 220 if I want to lose more.
Some info. I am now a pants size 38-40. I was prev 44-46. Shirt size went from 4x to 2x. I am excited being able to shop at stores I could never have bought anything from before. My favorite store now is Old Navy.
This is the only pic I can find of me before I ever went on the diet and I was around 345 to 350 here.

I was around 320 here. This is from my 1st time on the diet. My highest weight was 345 lbs.
